About the Business Development & Engagement Division

The Business Development & Engagement division leads AEMG’s strategic partnerships, global market expansion and student recruitment initiatives. It facilitates collaboration with education institutions across regions and drives international education outcomes through innovation and engagement. The Business Development & Engagement Division consists of the following departments:

Business Development

The Business Development department identifies new market opportunities, product partnerships and education models, and works to expand AEMG’s presence in global education markets through targeted initiatives and relationship management.

Business Operations

Business Operations supports the effective implementation of business engagement activities across programs and initiatives. The team oversees the internal coordination and provides cross-divisional marketing support to the Business Development & Engagement division while supporting the study worldwide program.

Regional Departments

The regional departments manage AEMG’s partnerships and operations across their respective regions, coordinating student recruitment, stakeholder engagement and academic relationships. The AEMG Business Development & Engagement regional departments are currently present across the following geographic regions:

About the Position

The Partnership Success Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence and strong relationship management across AEMG’s Australian university partnerships. The role focuses on supporting the delivery of joint initiatives, enhancing partner satisfaction, and ensuring that programs are operationally aligned to AEMG’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Engagement – Act as a primary contact for existing and prospective education and business partners, ensuring professional, consistent and timely communication to strengthen long-term relationships.

2. Project Coordination – Support the planning and delivery of collaborative initiatives, coordinating across teams to monitor progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely and high-quality execution aligned with organisational goals.

3. Issue Resolution – Proactively identify and address challenges raised by internal teams or external partners, using a solutions-focused approach to maintain trust and smooth operations.

4. Event & Delegation Management – Organise and coordinate logistics for inbound delegations, meetings, seminars and partner events, including:
▪ Drafting detailed itineraries for delegations
▪ Lodging internal travel and expense applications for staff and delegations
▪ Coordinating with relevant teams for flights, accommodation and ground transport
▪ Coordinating student marketing and partner engagement activities during visits

5. Bilingual Communication & Documentation – Draft, review and translate professional documents (e.g. agreements, reports, presentations) between Mandarin and English to ensure accuracy and mutual understanding across stakeholders.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration – Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, operations and HR to ensure seamless delivery of partnership activities and a unified approach to engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Education, International Relations or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in partnership support, account management, or service delivery, preferably within higher education
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive, effective relationships
  • Operational and administrative skills, including project coordination and reporting
  • High attention to detail, organisation and task follow-up
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Mandarin
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and coordinate multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of the Australian higher education sector would be advantageous
