The UX/UI Designer is responsible for enhancing the user experience and interface design across AEMG’s Cloud Campus platform. This role plays a key part in creating intuitive, visually engaging and accessible digital learning environments that meet the needs of students, academic staff and partner institutions.
Working closely with the Executive Director – Cloud Campus and cross-functional teams, the UX/UI Designer applies user-centred design principles to optimise platform usability, interface functionality and learner engagement. The Student Success /Employment Manager plays a dual role in overseeing student support initiatives and coordinating the Study World Wide (SWW) program across AEMG. This role supports the enhancement of the student journey through engagement, wellbeing and retention strategies, while also ensuring the effective delivery of SWW programs that promote outbound mobility and academic enrichment.
Reporting to the Executive Director – Student Success, the role collaborates with academic, operational and partner stakeholders to provide a cohesive student experience, streamline support services, and manage the operational and logistical components of SWW programs.
The Study Worldwide Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of AEMG’s Study Worldwide (SWW) initiatives. This role plays a critical function in facilitating outbound student mobility experiences, including short-term study tours, cultural immersion programs and tailored academic experiences for students from global partner institutions.
The position supports the end-to-end implementation of Study Worldwide programs, working closely with partner institutions, internal departments and logistics providers to ensure an enriching, safe and well-executed student experience. The Study Worldwide Manager reports to the Senior Manager – Global Operations and contributes to AEMG’s broader internationalisation and engagement strategy.
The PMO Manager is responsible for leading the effective execution and coordination of projects across AEMG in alignment with the strategic direction provided by the Director – PMO & Administration. This role plays a hands-on function in the implementation of organisational initiatives, ensuring that project activities are operationally sound, efficiently delivered and appropriately aligned with AEMG’s frameworks and timelines.

The Director of the Direct Entry Program (DEP) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DEP. This position ensures the program’s alignment with academic standards, accreditation requirements, and the mission of AEMG. The Director is responsible for managing curriculum, business development, exam preparation, faculty coordination, student engagement, and quality assurance to ensure the DEP meets the needs of international students preparing for university studies in Australia. The Direct Entry Program is an internationally recognised English language proficiency test that is designed for students aiming to pursue higher education in English-speaking institutions.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of AEMG’s marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on digital campaigns, partner engagement and brand development. The role supports marketing strategy implementation across multiple channels and regions, contributing to student recruitment, brand awareness and partner relationships across AEMG’s global education network.
Reporting to the Executive Director – Business Operations and internal stakeholders, this position merges coordination duties with hands-on campaign execution and creative content development, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals and regional targets.
The Office Manager plays a leadership support role responsible for managing all AEMG-owned properties and office environments across Australia. This role is accountable for ensuring operational excellence through the development and implementation of office policies, vendor and lease management, strategic office planning and facilities optimisation. The Office Manager collaborates with senior stakeholders, provides upstream communication to leadership, and ensures that office operations support broader organisational needs.
The Administration & Facilities Advisor provides day-to-day operational, logistical and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of AEMG’s offices in Surrey Hills. This role is responsible for assisting staff with their workplace and facility-related needs, coordinating travel and accommodation bookings, providing administrative support, and maintaining safe and efficient office environments. The role works collaboratively across departments, ensuring responsive service delivery and effective downstream communication with team members and business units.
The Taxation Business Partner is responsible for overseeing all tax-related compliance, planning and advisory functions across AEMG’s domestic and international operations. This role ensures the organisation meets its tax obligations in all jurisdictions while providing strategic guidance on tax efficiency, risk management and reporting.
