About the Business Development & Engagement Division

The Business Development & Engagement division leads AEMG’s strategic partnerships, global market expansion and student recruitment initiatives. It facilitates collaboration with education institutions across regions and drives international education outcomes through innovation and engagement. The Business Development & Engagement Division consists of the following departments:

Business Development

The Business Development department identifies new market opportunities, product partnerships and education models, and works to expand AEMG’s presence in global education markets through targeted initiatives and relationship management.

Business Operations

Business Operations supports the effective implementation of business engagement activities across programs and initiatives. The team oversees the internal coordination and provides cross-divisional marketing support to the Business Development & Engagement division while supporting the study worldwide program.

Regional Departments

The regional departments manage AEMG’s partnerships and operations across their respective regions, coordinating student recruitment, stakeholder engagement and academic relationships. The AEMG Business Development & Engagement regional departments are currently present across the following geographic regions:

About the Position

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing and executing outward communications and content targeted at AEMG’s Global Partner and corporate audiences. The role supports the delivery of professional, timely and brand-aligned communications across various channels including social media, newsletters, presentations and corporate materials. Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers, the Communications Coordinator ensures the consistency and quality of content that represents AEMG’s global brand presence and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. External Communications & Content Creation

Manage and maintain AEMG’s LinkedIn account, including content development, post scheduling and engagement monitoring
Coordinate the production and delivery of AEMG’s Global Partner quarterly newsletter
Develop and edit corporate communication content to suit intended audiences, including senior stakeholders and partners

2. Corporate Collateral & Templates

Coordinate the review, editing and improvement of corporate presentation templates in line with brand guidelines
Maintain and update a central repository of approved templates and visual assets
Liaise with departments across the AEMG Group to support consistent and professional presentation delivery

3. Media Production & Supplier Coordination

Organise and support filming activities including planning, scheduling and on-site coordination
Oversee the collection of visual and written content for use in communications and marketing materials
Collaborate with creative agencies, designers and media suppliers to ensure deliverables meet quality, brand and timeline expectations

4. Website & Corporate Editing

Review and update web content for the AEMG corporate website, ensuring clarity, consistency and tone appropriate to the audience
Support proofreading and language review of key documents, brochures, and announcements

5. Internal Coordination & Departmental Support

Work across AEMG’s functional departments to gather content, coordinate communication activities and ensure accurate messaging
Provide communications support for group-wide projects, initiatives and events as directed
Support internal requests for collateral development and approval processes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Media or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in planning, coordinating and delivering communication projects, ideally within an international education or corporate environment
  • Proven ability to contribute to communication and promotional strategies targeting global and professional audiences
  • Strong experience in social media content development and platform management, including LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in content editing, photo and video production, and familiarity with content scheduling and public account platforms
  • Experience creating or coordinating the development of corporate marketing collateral and branded assets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong attention to tone, audience and brand alignment
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design, publishing and editing tools
  • Well-developed filming and media coordination skills, including basic post-production knowledge
  • High level of creativity, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
