•  Sets and reviews academic policies and quality assurance processes.
•  Approves and reviews curricula and assessment standards.
•  Expedites the development of a suitable data base to maintain our focus on student success, wellbeing and regulatory compliance.
•  Preserves academic integrity; and
•  Oversees technological innovation in teaching and learning.

Governance

Senior Executives

AEMG’s senior executive team is structured to ensure efficient management and strategic decision-making across our diverse business entities. Guided by the Board, each business entity is led by a CEO or Principal who directs its day-to-day operations and drives strategic initiatives.

This decentralized leadership approach fosters agility and responsiveness, while maintaining alignment with AEMG’s overarching vision and goals. Through this structure, our senior executives balance operational autonomy with unified purpose, supporting innovation and organizational coherence across all entities.
